Sharpzo is a web app that helps freelancers, businesses and anyone offering a service create quotes and invoices, share them on WhatsApp and save them as PDFs. The app is free to use with a limit of 5 documents per month. A paid Pro plan, coming soon, will cost R59 per month and will remove the limit and the Sharpzo footer, and adds payment reminders and client history.
After you pay for Pro, we send you a Pro code on WhatsApp. Entering the code in the app switches on Pro features until the date shown on the code. Pro does not renew automatically. To keep Pro you pay again and receive a new code.
Your quotes, invoices and business details are saved in your phone’s browser. If you clear your browser data or change phone, they may be lost. We cannot recover them, so please keep copies of important documents.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the quotes and invoices you create, including prices, VAT and banking details. Sharpzo does not provide tax, legal or accounting advice.
Do not share Pro codes with other people, try to copy or break the app, or use it for anything unlawful. We may stop issuing codes to anyone who does.
Sharpzo is provided as is. To the extent allowed by South African law, we are not liable for lost income, lost data or other indirect losses arising from use of the app.
We may update these terms and the app from time to time. These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.
